OTFE 1, LLC is a real estate investment company that specializes in the acquisition, trading, and holding of commercial NNN leasehold properties. Started in 2015 with one Dollar General store in Marion, KS, OTFE grew to holding three properties as of 2022, marking the milestone to transition into the second phase of its business plan at the start of 2024. After the completion of the second phase, OTFE will move into the third and final phase. This portfolio is the more conservative investment opportunity that OTFE offers.
